  • You can ask us to delete your personal data at any time. We are however not always able to do this,anddo not always have to comply with your request, for example if we are required by law to keep yourpersonal data for a longer period of time;

  • withdraw your consent for data processing; or
  • object to the processing of your personal data by Cash on Web.

This means that you can submit a request to us to send the personal data that we hold about you in a computer file to you.

Cash on Web reserves the right to amend this privacy policy from time to time. These amendments will be announced on its website and communicated to you.  The amended privacy policy will be effective and you will be bound by such changes and/or amendments as of two weeks after you have been notified of an amended version.Your continued use of the website and/or the Services of Cash on Web after the effective date of an amended version constitutes your acceptance of such amended version.

Governing law and dispute resolution

This privacy Policy is exclusively governed by Curaçao law.  Any disputes between you and Cash on Webwith regard to this policy shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent court of Curaçao, notwithstanding the possibility to settle the dispute between parties. The provisions of the Terms of Service of Cash on Web are applicable.
